SPP series filling and cap-screwing machine is fully automatic production line with processes such as automatic pouch-loading, fixed-position filling, cleaning the spout, cap feeding and inserting, capping (applying magnetic adjusting torque for rather stability), discharging and liquid level controlling. Not only can it be connected CIP cleaning system, PLC control and touch screen system, equipped with the Air-purifying system and safeguard switch, but also some functions can be added or removed according to the customer’s requirement. This machine is suitable for packing jelly, soy milk, yoghourt, mineral water, juice, ice cream, edible oil, seasoning, and so on.

SPP-M1 spout pouch packing machine is mini model of filling equipment for spout pouch. Adopts PLC (Programmable Logic Console) of SIEMENS from Germany and HCI (Human Computer Interaction) control interface, SPP-M1 realizes fully automatic filling and packing process, which includes picking up pouch, fixed-position filling, spout cleaning, cap feeding and inserting, cap tightening and finish product output. SPP-M1 is tailor-made also, and it can adjust some specific functions according to your requirements. This machine is suitable for packing jelly, soy milk, yoghourt, mineral water, edible oil, scour and so on.
