SAP series pouch packing machine adopts advanced filling technology. Its electro-mechanically with advanced structure ensures

stabilization and high filling accuracy. Since SAP series adopts PLC (Programmable Logic Console) from international famous brand, it realizes fully automatic from pick-up pouch to filling, sealing and output pouch. Simultaneously, SAP series equips many safe protection devices, such as pouch loading inspection and pouch-feeding protection to make sure no filling without pouch. SAP series is widely used for filling various kinds of products such as drink, sauce, oil, solid food particles, powder, detergent, etc.

SAP series is tailor-made according to specific requirement, two devices as basic:

SAP-6 is normal facility. It covers 6 working positions, full computer control realized by HCI (Human Computer Interaction) interface.

SAP-10 is an advanced type, includes 10 working positions, suitable for mixed filling requirement, such as mixture filling of pineapple piece and syrup,
